2025 Exhibit Hall

Adult Division Rules
- Entries will be accepted from 4pm until 7pm, on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025.
- Exhibits may not be removed until Saturday, June 7th at 7:00 pm. Committee will not be responsible for articles not removed from the exhibit hall by this time.
- No entries except those listed will receive prize money. Ribbons only will be given for an item not listed in the catalog.
- Only one entry per individual per class will be paid prize money. Item entered must be made by person whose name is entered. Items entered in fairs prior to 2022 are not eligible – must be new items.
- Canned products must be in regulation jars with matching regulation lids, sealed, labeled and canned after July 1, 2024.
- Jellies and jams may be in any attractive container, sealed with paraffin under the lid, labeled as to kind and date put up.
- All baked products should be wrapped in Saran Wrap for display.
- Individual exhibitors are responsible for seeing that their entries are entered at the appropriate desk.
- Building hours will be Wednesday, June 4th 7-9 PM and Thursday and Friday 3-7 PM, Saturday hours of viewing 2-4 PM and 5-7 PM. All items must be picked up by Saturday, June 4th at 7:00 pm.
- Pictures must be ready to hang.
- Clothes must be on hangers and made within the past year.
Junior Division Rules
Rules for entering will be the same as the adult division except entrants must be 18 years of age or younger and unmarried. If entering LOT IV – CLOTHING garments must be marked with age of contestant. The Junior Division will be judged on the Danish System. Points will in no case exceed 1.00 per point. Point Value: Blue = 3; Red = 2; White = 1. Age groups are as follows:
- Age 2 – 5
- Age 6 – 8
- Age 8 – 10
- Age 10 – 12
- Age 12 – 14
- Age 14 – 16
